(unsure if the correct Peter Sabiston is in this 1821 Census -- so his data is as follows)
   - Peter SABISTON's  Parents: Peter SABISTON, ["Elspet"?] (sic)  BUDGE.  >per CDR -- (NOTE: The South Ronaldsay and Burray 1851 Census & the South Ronaldsay and Burray 1861 Census both indicate this Peter's place of birth as Leith, Edinburgh; however, I cannot locate a birth/baptism register for a Peter Sabiston (with its surname variations) who was born in Leith, with the parents that were shown for him in his death register. There is some indication, though, that he could have been the Peter Sabiston born on 8 April 1800 and batpized 11 April 1800 in Stromness, with parents notated there as Peter Sabiston (a Tailor in Stromness) and his wife, "Margaret" Budge. Living next door to the younger Peter Sabiston (the one whose wife was Christina Mowat here) in the South Ronaldsay and Burray 1851 Census, was an older Peter Sabiston (a widower, age 90, and previously a Tailor by occupation) whose birth place was notated as Mainland, Orkney -- it could possibly be his father.)
